Who am I
I am Patricio Di Bacco, a Technical Artist, Unreal Engine Specialist, and Creative Technologist with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of art and technology.
My career spans games, VR/AR, immersive installations, and architectural visualization, where I’ve led projects from concept to deployment. As the Founder & Technical Lead of Acrovia Studio, I directed pipelines, built interactive configurators, and created VR experiences for architecture, entertainment, and cultural projects.
My expertise lies in Unreal Engine (Blueprints, PCG, Niagara, Cinematics), 3D asset creation (Blender, Maya, Substance), and pipeline automation with Python/C++. I enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building tools that make teams more efficient, and ensuring artistic vision translates seamlessly into real-time environments.

Global Game Jam, Karamove & Festivals
Active participant in the Global Game Jam every year from 2019 to 2025, contributing to rapid prototyping, creative design, and interdisciplinary collaboration. From 2022 to 2025, also took part in Karamove, exploring movement, interactivity, and innovative digital storytelling. One of the projects created during GGJ 2019 was later showcased at the Biennale de Strasbourg, highlighting its artistic and experimental value. Recognized as a participant in the Unreal Fellowship 2024, receiving a badge for completing advanced training in Unreal Engine. Additionally, hold the UAI (Unreal Authorized Instructor) badge, certifying expertise and qualification to teach Unreal Engine workflows.
